Please understand that the latest scheduled time for a color appointment will be at 2 pm. The process could take longer than expected so this allows us to have a little more time. For color correction appointments, please allow for an all-day appointment.
Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. The reserved credit card will be charged on the service that was missed.
Please understand that if you are 20 minutes late for your appointment, I might not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will be applied.
